Most commonly asked questions:
Q: How long will my order take to ship? A: Processing times are currently 2-3 weeks before reaching the post office. This is predominantly because of COVID. Ingredient shortages, longer processing and shipping times from suppliers, means a longer waiting time for consumers. I'm doing my very best, but please remember that I am one person, and I make 99% of the products on this website, by hand and from scratch.
Q: Do you have any coupon codes right now? A: Double check the home page! If I have a coupon code, it's not a secret and it will be posted and available to you! Try signing up for my newsletter if you want a heads up on sales and coupons!
Q: Do you offer products for wholesale? A: I do not offer wholesale at this time. You are more than welcome to ask, as I will make an exception if I'm able to.
Q: Do you offer a paper catalog? A: I'm sorry I do not offer a paper catalog. My products change frequently, and to be honest that's not something I have the time to put together. I'm a one woman show with a business and a full time job. All of my products are available online only unless I'm at a craft show.
Q: What's your return policy? A: I don't like being told I can't return something... but those somethings usually aren't bath and skin care products. For hygienic reasons, I do not accept product returns. I do, however, want to help you and want to find a suitable solution to the problem. Please email me with your concerns and I will address each problem on a case by case basis. Depending on your situation I may offer a refund, one time replacement, one time substitution, or a store credit.
Q: Why does soap take so long to restock? A: I make my soap using the Cold Process method. It requires a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks of curing time for most batches. Some require far longer. Some items are seasonal and will only be restocked for certain times of the year.
Q: Do you do custom orders? A: Sometimes! It depends on the request. You're more than welcome to ask. If I'm able to, I usually will. Please include the product you want customized, how you want it customized, the quantity and the date you need it.
