Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Processing times are currently 1-2 weeks before reaching the post office, however, most items ship within a few days. I do appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer.
Q: Do you have any coupon codes right now?
A: Anything I have on sale will be located in the Sale section! Any coupon codes will be posted and easily available.
Q: Do you offer products for wholesale?
A: No. I'm sorry but I no longer offer wholesale products.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: Soap & skin care - For hygienic reasons, I do not accept product returns. I do, however, want to help you and want to find a suitable solution to the problem. Please email me with your concerns and I will address each problem on a case-by-case basis.
Art & Jewelry - If you're truly unhappy with your creative purchase, please contact me so we can discuss a solution. We can do a return within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition. If it arrives damaged, please contact me asap.
Gemstones & Minerals - These sales are final. No two stones are alike and when purchasing something like a tumbled stone, you're not likely to get the exact one in the photo. For single item listings like a geode, you will get exactly what is listed. Please read the description for dimensions and view the photos carefully.
Printables & Downloads (digital items) - I'm sorry but there are no refunds or exchanges on digital items since they can't be returned.
Q: Why does soap take so long to restock?
A: I make my soap using the Cold Process method. It requires a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks of curing time for most batches. Some require far longer. Some items are seasonal and will only be restocked for certain times of the year.

A: I'm sorry but I no longer take custom requests.
