It's becoming an annual occurrence. Every year, sometimes twice, shipping companies are increasing their prices without increasing the quality of their service. It's to be expected because we all want people to earn livable wages, and with this inflation and economy it's really tough! So, while I support good pay, I also support good service. I think that's a fair trade, don't you?
If you're someone who buys from small businesses, please be understanding. Small businesses do not get the shipping discounts that large companies do. They can't offer free shipping without taking a loss. Please also try to remember that they aren't keeping that money. You're paying it to them, so they can pay it to the courier service. Please also be patient with transit times as we all know that sometimes it just doesn't happen in a timely manner.
